One of the most common starting points and first step with a client is working out what it is they really want. It is amazing but not surprising how the majority of people in our society are able to tell you what they DON’T want but it becomes very difficult to identify what it is that they do want.

Imagine a person is going home and decides to catch a taxi and the person says to the taxi driver, I don’t want to go to the zoo, I don’t want to go to the dentist and I don’t want to go to the train station. How do you think the taxi driver is going to respond and will they be able to get you home?

Yet we do this to our mind everyday. How many times have you caught yourself thinking , I don’t want to be lazy, procrastinate, eat chocolate, eat too much, feel bad, feel tired.

As Albert Einstein said “Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is a form of insanity”.
